Apply time-based equalization (TBE) on audio signals for specific parameters such as time-based frequency, temporal attack and decay, and temporal resonance.

Time-based equalization works as follows:
A frequency spectrum of a given audio sample is graphically displayed in the display window. This spectrum is the result of two separate processes.
The first process concerns the process of analyzing the audio sample, and is represented by the spectral line graph, which shows the frequency spectra of the waveform.
The second process involves creating a time-dependent frequency spectrum, which is represented by a line graph, and which shows the variation in frequency of the audio sample over time.
